Professional Profile |
I
am a Analogue & Digital Hardware Design Engineer
with 14 years experience working within diverse multinational Engineering
Companies. Specifically focusing on the design, development, and delivery
of "Safety Critical" hardware and test equipment. Both on board and at
system level. I am capable of working either alone or as part of a team, where my true leadership qualities and ability to "get the job done" are best shown. In my Engineering roles I have worked within every aspect of both High and Low Volume Production environments. From the Conceptualisation, Design, Production Management, Assembly, Installation and System Test to the after sales support. This time served education provides me a well-rounded overview of how the different processes interact leading to an excellent understanding of the business of Engineering and to more accurate time management estimations. All of which provide a high level of background knowledge to supplement my engineering experience. During this "on the job experience" I have developed a high level of appreciation of the entire development process, as well as the business functions required to support them. I also have a great deal of drive and ambition, and have never been afraid of asking questions or bringing in specialist knowledge on subjects out of my field of experience. | |||||

Provision of primary IT support. QA Inspection. World Tour, Dec 2003 June 2005 Post the completion of the development project in which I functioned as an Analogue / Digital Design Engineer on in Stockholm. I took the opportunity to take a break in my career and complete a dream of mine to spend 18 months Backpacking around the world. As concentrating on the early part of my career had prevented me from undertaking this dream trip at an earlier stage in my life. Taking the trip during a natural lull in my workload left me free to concentrate on further developing my career.
